Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 09dat platform and you, the user ("you" or "member"). By using our services through the 09dat website, mobile application, or any other channel, you confirm that you fully accept these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform. 09dat reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the 09dat platform you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be a person with full legal capacity.
• You must have an active mobile number and a valid identity document.
• You must use a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a bank account) that is genuine and registered in your own name.
• 09dat must not have previously suspended or closed your account.

Each member may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, 09dat reserves the right to close all of them immediately and forfeit any balance or bonus.

Registration Process

To open an account with 09dat you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details, a fake identity, or another person's information is strictly prohibited. 09dat may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is your own, accurate, and up to date.

Account Security & Confidentiality

It is your own responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account, even if a third party uses your details.

• Giving or selling account access to anyone else is prohibited.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, you must notify our support team immediately.
• You are advised to change your password regularly.
• 09dat will never ask for your password by email or chat.

Account Suspension & Closure

09dat may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or manipulation.
• Use of a fake identity or provision of false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to exploit the system.
• Suspicion of financial crime.

Where an account is closed, any pending bonuses may be forfeited; however, the return of any verified real-money balance will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 09dat platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team. Deposits from payment accounts held in a third party's name are not accepted.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. The following terms apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus-related funds (see Section 09 for details).
• 09dat reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation in the event of suspicious activity.
• Where evidence of fraudulent activity is found, the withdrawal may be cancelled entirely.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000

The welcome bonus applies only once per new account. If the deposited amount is withdrawn after the bonus has been claimed, the associated bonus and any winnings from that bonus will also be cancelled.

Wagering Requirements

Specific wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. At 09dat a 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount.

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined. Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is complete.

• The wagering contribution may differ depending on the game.
• Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

VIP Program

09dat's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Higher tiers can be reached based on consistent play and activity. VIP cashback and other benefits are subject to change at 09dat's discretion.

Other Promotional Offers

09dat may run various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the offer page. Combining multiple promotions at the same time may not always be possible — where that is the case, it will be noted on the relevant offer page.

Fair Play Policy

09dat is a platform that operates on a fair play basis. All our games are protected by SSL encryption and technical measures are in place to ensure impartial outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Playing games using artificial intelligence, bots, or automated software.
• Exploiting weaknesses or technical errors in the game system.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other players through covert communication.
• Chargebacks or payment fraud.

Technical Issues

If the outcome of any game is uncertain due to a technical error, server failure, or loss of connection, 09dat reserves the right to refund the stake for that round. Abnormal winnings displayed as a result of a software error are not valid and will not be paid.

09dat is not liable for losses caused by internet connection failure — ensuring a stable connection is the user's own responsibility.

Minor Protection

No one under the age of 21 may register or play on the 09dat platform. Each member is responsible for securing their own device to prevent younger family members from accessing the platform. Providing false information about age is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

• Natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.

After a complaint is submitted, 09dat will complete an investigation within a reasonable time and communicate the outcome. 09dat's final decision will be considered binding.

09dat may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are significant, we will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms.
